These Terms of Service do not apply to, supplement, or form part of any such professional services agreement unless expressly incorporated by reference therein.
Enquiries submitted through the website contact form do not create a client–consultant relationship or any obligation on the part of Anchoreach to provide services.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Republic of Tanzania. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Tanzania, without prejudice to our right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.
