For Mogadishu-based drafting work we are typically ready to begin within 5–10 working days of contract signature. For field-based assignments — baselines, surveys, third-party monitoring — mobilisation depends on enumerator briefing and security clearance for the relevant districts, usually 10–15 working days.

Yes. A large share of our portfolio in Somalia is funded by international development institutions and bilateral donors — World Bank, AfDB, IFC, UN agencies, EU, FCDO, USAID, GIZ and others. We draft to their results frameworks, safeguards (ESF, IFC PS, AfDB ISS) and reporting requirements, alongside OECD-DAC evaluation standards.

Anchoreach Limited is registered, headquartered and run from Mogadishu, Somalia. All our assignments are delivered for Somali institutions and the donor programmes that operate in Somalia. We do not currently take on engagements outside the country.
