We are looking for engineers, specialists, and project professionals who want to deliver real impact through technically rigorous work in one of the world's most dynamic infrastructure markets.
We offer more than a job. We offer the opportunity to build technical expertise on complex, real-world projects that matter — while working alongside a team that takes quality seriously.
From day one, our engineers lead workstreams, interface with clients, and sign off on technical deliverables. We don't have a culture of filing and waiting for seniority.
Our project teams combine structural, environmental, GIS, MEP, and programme management expertise. You'll learn from disciplines adjacent to your own on every project.
Annual CPD allocation, support for professional registration (ERB, IEI, ASCE), access to internal technical seminars, and regular peer review processes that accelerate learning.
Our projects take you to regional hospitals, remote road corridors, refugee settlements, and post-conflict cities. If you want field experience, you'll get it.
40+ staff across 4 languages. We actively promote gender equity and local talent development, and we've maintained a majority-Tanzanian and Somali professional team since founding.
Market-aligned salaries, performance incentives, medical cover, and flexible working arrangements for established staff. Transparent salary bands reviewed annually.

Experience with infrastructure or health sector GIS projects is preferred.
We are seeking a WASH engineer with experience in water supply system design, borehole siting, and sanitation engineering for institutional and community settings.
